Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 10 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

Directions: 

1. Line a pan with aluminum foil
2. Melt 5 tablespoons of butter. Stir in brown sugar, powdered sugar, and peanut butter. Mix and line in pan.
3. Heat chocolate with remaining butter for 1 minute and pour over peanut butter mixture.
4. Chill until completely firm and serve.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients:

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Strawberries

Directions:

Melt chocolate chips and dip strawberries into. Refrigerate until chilled.

Peanut Butter Rice Krispies

Ingredients: 

- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Lightly grease pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine rice krispies, oats and cranberries.
3. In a saucepan, stir the honey and brown sugar until just at a boil.
4. Immediately remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
5. Mix ingredients together, including the chocolate chips.
6. Pour into dish and cut into desired shapes.
7. Refrigerate until firm.

Peanut Butter and Honey Granola Bars

Ingredients:

- 2 2/3 cups oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 pinch salt

Directions:

1. Heat peanut butter in microwave. Microwave in 10 second increments until the peanut butter are easily combined. Stir well, and add oats and salt until fully combined.
2. Pour into greased pan and flatten into even layer. Refrigerate until firm and cut into squares or bars.

Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients: 

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a large cookie sheet and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix together oats, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
3. Melt the peanut butter and honey together until smooth.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
5. Stir in dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
6. Spread onto prepared cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
8. Allow to cool and break apart to eat.

Timeline

By February 20th I wanted to have my recipe confirmed, which I did. I found different recipes and chose the best ingredients to create one recipe.

By March 1st my goal was to have all of the nutrition facts done and completed, which actually happened.

By March 16th I wanted everything done and set up so the presentation will go smoothly.

March 17th- Presentation Day!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup dry oatmeal
- 1 cup oats and honey clusters w/ toasted coconut
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Combine ingredients in bowl and mix completely. Separate mixture into smaller portions and wrap in cellophane. Refrigerate until chilled to make easier to mold. Create bite sized balls by rolling in hands or using an ice cream scoop.

Storing:

Keep refrigerated.

Update

Unfortunately, Sarah has left the school and it's no longer E&S Cooking. It's now only E Cooking which just doesn't have the same nice ring to it.
